Location

Drymen is approximately 17 miles to Glasgow City Centre and some 24 miles to Stirling. There are local shops including a Spar, butchers, bakers, craft beer shop, chemist and Hub 63 – a community shop. There are two Hotels (The Buchanan Arms and The Winnoch), a Café and an Italian restaurant. In addition to the Drymen Inn there is The Clachan Inn, reputably Scotland’s oldest licensed Pub (1734). There is a GP’s Surgery. Drymen is on the route of the West Highland Way and is the eastern gateway to Loch Lomond.
