An exceptional country residence, ‘Courtyard Cottage’ is a hugely impressive detached property that is formed of a painstakingly executed conversion/amalgam of a Victorian coach house, its stables and adjoining cottages to create a stunning rural home. The property enjoys a truly idyllic position, with exceptional elevated views towards the Campsie Fells and with the associated grounds extending to include established forestland and plenty lawned garden space. In 2007, our clients added a state-of-the-art triple garage which features plenty parking/workshop space as well as a temperature controlled wine cellar and studio (could be used for a variety of purposes but simply ideal as a home working environment).

Initial inspection will showcase details such as the Dutch barn style roof and creative window formations that really add to the striking exterior. Internally, the highlights are many and varied and specific note should be drawn towards the outstanding formal drawing room to first floor level, generous bedroom sizes and farmhouse style kitchen. Bespoke woodwork extends from the elegant staircase (crafted from a couple of felled oak trees felled in the local area) and polished maple flooring to the drawing room. The property has been reconfigured a number of times of the years, with the current incarnation creating a genuine sense of space found across all the of the accommodation.
