The cottage is located at the end of a quiet single track adjacent to the grounds of the magnificent Aldourie Castle.

The accommodation is entered via the entrance vestibule leading to the inner hallway. The lounge comes with a solid fuel fire, feature fireplace and a double glazed door providing direct access to the gardens and shoreline extending into the loch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink whilst admiring the views.
There are 3 bedrooms, two of which enjoy views over Loch Ness, ensuring you wake up to the tranquil beauty of the water each morning. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC, and the upgraded contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and plenty of storage space.
Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden offers multiple seating areas where you can relax and soak in the natural beauty. The garden overlooks Loch Ness, providing a serene backdrop and direct access to the beach.
The grounds are bounded by a variety of plants, trees and shrubs with paths leading to the edge of the loch. There is a pumphouse at the bottom of the garden, greenhouse, shed and a large detached timber garage to the side providing excellent storage facilities. There is car parking in front of the garage. Having direct access to the loch, there is an opportunity to create a boat storage area.
